These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Omniscient AI Fact Checker Chrome Extension and associated website at omniscient-ai.replit.app ("the Service"), operated by MSJ News & Tokenised.News ("we", "us", or "our").

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. By signing in, you authorise us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google for the purpose of creating and identifying your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

AI models can make mistakes. Always verify important claims through primary sources before acting on or sharing any verdict produced by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, branding, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of MSJ News & Tokenised.News. The AI models used are the intellectual property of their respective providers (OpenAI, Perplexity AI, Google). You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis.
